Managing your pension online is quick, secure, and keeps all your paperwork in one place.

When you register online you can:

  • access a secure mailbox where we send you messages and documents
  • complete online forms, so that you don’t have to phone us or send a letter when you need to update your contact details or change your expression of wishes
  • request retirement quotes and retire online
  • view your pension payslips and statements
  • see how much your pension is worth

How to register

Click ‘Sign in’ to get started - it’s the red button at the top right of this page.

Then click 'Register'. 

When you register, you’ll need to enter your email address and other contact details. You’ll also need your National Insurance number so we can verify who you are.

Once you’ve registered, we’ll send you a PIN by text or email. The first time you log in you’ll need your username, password, and this PIN. We’ll then ask you to change the PIN to something memorable to you.
