Update your details

Change your postal address, email address, or phone number

Sign in to your account and select ‘Personal Details' from the menu.

Then enter your new details and submit your changes.

Change your name

Post us:

• a completed ‘change of name’ form downloaded from your account
• your original marriage certificate or deed poll (we’ll send this back to you by recorded post, usually 3 working days after receiving it)

Tell us who you want to receive benefits when you die

Complete an online expression of wish form in your account.

Change your bank account

Sign in to your account and select ‘contact us' from the menu.

Then send us a message with:

• a completed ‘change of bank details’ form downloaded from your account
• a scan of a letter or statement from your new bank that shows your name, account number and sort code

View payslips and P60s

You can view and download pension payslips and P60s in your account.

Ask a question about payments or tax

Start a chat and select ‘Payments & Tax’ from the options. Our chat bot will ask you for a few details, then connect you to chat with a member of our team.

Ask for a retirement quote

To ask for a quote, sign in to your account and select ‘contact us' from the menu.
We’ll send you an email or a text when your quote is available. You can view your quote in your account.

Tell us that someone has died

The quickest way to tell us that someone has died is to fill in an online bereavement form.
Alternatively you can start a chat or phone us.

Transfer queries

Start a chat and select ‘CETV/Transfer Queries’ from the menu. Alternatively you can phone us.

Contact us if you have a question, want to give feedback, or would like to make a complaint.
