Getting help

If you have a question about your pension, or if you need help understanding your options, you can contact us.

If you want a recommendation about what to do

To get a recommendation you need to get independent financial advice.

If you have the option to take pension increase exchange when you retire, the Trustee will pay for you to get advice about your retirement options. You’ll get 1 free appointment with a financial adviser we’ve chosen for members.

If you do not have this option, you will need to find an adviser and pay for advice.

You can find an independent financial adviser on the MoneyHelper website.
